("VWT", "we", "us"), Tax ID 0105567166141, registered at 1 Empire Tower, 47th Floor, Unit 4703, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (vwt.co.th) and in connection with our transportation services. 2. Personal Data We Collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your full name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment card data or other sensitive categories of personal data through this website. When you browse this website, we also collect limited technical information about your visit: the pages you view, your approximate location derived from a shortened IP address, your browser and device type, and the website you arrived from. This is collected through Google Analytics and is not linked to your identity.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data to respond to your inquiry and to discuss your transportation requirements (legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form and ticking the consent checkbox). We may also retain inquiry records for legitimate business administration purposes (legal basis: legitimate interests of VWT). We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent.
4. Data Retention
Inquiry records are retained for 3 years from the date of submission, or for the duration of any resulting business relationship, whichever is longer. After this period, records are securely deleted or anonymised.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share it with: service providers who operate our website infrastructure and data storage on our behalf, bound by confidentiality and data processing obligations; and regulatory authorities or courts when required by Thai law. We also share limited technical visit information with Google, which provides the analytics service described in section 7.
6. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to: access your personal data held by us; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. This website uses only essential technical cookies required for the website to function. We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It is configured so that it does not store any cookies on your device and does not track you across other websites, and your IP address is shortened before it is stored. No advertising cookies are set.
